Kingston University Diary

 So a lot of things have happened since booking acomodation. to get to TLDR; Got all digital services (microsoft account etc), got my welcome week and full timetable, have enrolled (kind of), got my picutre uploaded and all that wonderful stuff! I'll be moving in soon, 5 days actaully! I'm really excited :D But the Queen fucking fucked up our 1st day, because she died the 19th is now a bank holiday so the first day of my welcome week is cancelled which is less than ideal. but you take the cards you are dealt with I guess..  So I say "kind of" when saying I have enrolled because they seem to have issue with me right now, not entirly sure what's wrong, it sounded like it was an issue with my picture, but also they had issue that I hadn't uploaded my grades yet, whuch is weird because I have an unconditonal but whatever. I don't have official documents yet, so we will see what happens, I uploaded a screenshot from moodle, see if they accept that... Looking fo...

 A couple days ago, me and my mum went to Ikea to buy stuff for my accommodation (we also ordered some stuff online).  Just going through the list of stuff the uni recommends, it was funny to see an alarm clock on that list, but I decided to get one, all be it with a wireless charger on it, can't be completely non-tech compliant 😜 This honestly makes me so excited, but I don't know if it has properly set in yet... on the 17th of September... in 107 days I'll be leaving home. I should add, that I've signed up for the Head Start program, which means I'll be on campus for 3 days to meet with students, teachers between 10-12 August, which is in 69 days... I can't wait, genuinely, but I'm not sure what is to come hjaha

 Oooooh I haven't made a blog in a while... lol but hey, not too much has happened ahaha Until now that is! I got my accommodation booked two days ago! I was really stressed because I was on the train when I got the email, I went into full action mode XDDDD I managed to get a room when I pulled my laptop out and just chose the first room available, they let you choose the room specifically that you wanted to be in (I'm not sure why It mattered, they are all the same) but hey! now I have a room! Yey! I'm honestly really excited to start a new life in Kingston!!!! On a side note, I went to Applicant experience day, it was nice! met someone who I have contact with now :3 which is nice, took a couple of funny photos while I was there, you can see below: Again, I can't wait!

 I was finally invited onto the applicant experience day! I'm happy, yesterday I was talking about it and was getting a little anxious because they said they would send it out in January, but it seems they read my mind! so it will be in March and should help introduce me to my future classmates/friends as well as give a good insight into the course at hand. I'm so excited for ittt but it's quite far away... Guess I gotta keep on the grind at school :p

 A couple of days ago I got accepted into Kingston! I was really happy about that for a multitude of reasons, I really loved the campus and I really loved that they had a language learning program and the ability to visit a different country for a year (naturally it'll be Japan). I wanted to start a diary to keep updates on my experiences, it won't be daily for now as I'm not in uni yet but as it gets closer and closer to getting into uni I'll update more and more, I'm very excited for this! There are a lot of things to figure out such as accommodation and financing which I'll update this diary/blog on! Apart from what I've seen, I don't know what to expect about uni life or the course. There is a head start day and applicant experience day that I have yet to  be invited to as of now but should be soon, I can't wait to experience  those :3 I think that's about all I have to say Song of the day: Nano - Nameless Nemisis
